Q: Do you service my area?

A: We rent our restroom trailers throughout the Central Florida Gulf Coast.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: Generally, our office hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, we have after hours emergency support.

Q: How do I decide how many trailers I will need for my special event?

A: Our experienced sales staff will evaluate how many units will comfortably accommodate your guests. Event type, approximate number of guests, percentage of men/women/children attending, hours of usage, and whether or not alcohol is being served help determine the appropriate number of restroom trailers you will need.

Q: Do I need to provide access to a water source for a Doodie Calls trailer?

A: Yes, Access to a water source with a minimum of 30 PSI or greater is required. The water source should be within 50 feet of the trailer location and have a standard garden hose fitting. (Water hoses will be provided)

Q: Do I need to provide an electrical outlet?

A: Yes, Access to a main power source within 100x of the trailer location as well as (2) 30-amp, 120-v circuits (which cannot be GFI protected) is necessary for full-function of the Doodie Calls Restroom Trailer. Two standard 3-prong Edison plug outlets are required. If no power is available, an appropriate generator will be needed. Doodie Calls Mobile Restroom Trailers can provide generators at an additional charge to the client.

Q: How much waste has to be removed during the event?

A: None. All waste is pumped out after event hours. The ability of the trailer to run continuously throughout an event is predetermined before Doodie Calls Restrooms will commit to an event.

Q: How do you handle quotations & invoicing?

A: We give you a contract which includes a quote when call to inquire. The amount on the contract (signed by both parties) will be the amount of the invoice. We do not add any charges.

Q: How do I get a price?

A: Simply fill out our Request a Quote page with information you have available to you. Once we receive your inquiry, we will promptly contact you to verify your information and ask any additional questions to complete your quote.

Q: How much advance notice do I need to rent?

A: We would appreciate as much advance preparation as possible to fully accommodate your specific needs. If that is not possible, we will do everything we can to service your event promptly and efficiently.

Q: Can they be used where water and electricity are unavailable?

A: Yes, for these situations a power generator and fresh water unit can be rented in addition to the restroom trailer.
